Our business is divided into five key segments, each contributing to our mission of enhancing dental care and services.
1. Media Platform Business
Our primary business is the Media Platform Business. Through the portal website we operate, individuals can find suitable dental clinics tailored to their needs. The platform focuses on treatments not covered by national health insurance, often involving higher costs. Many patients prioritize quality care and are willing to travel for superior treatments. Additionally, the portal offers educational content aimed at alleviating anxiety about dental care. Uniquely, this is the only dedicated dental media platform in the industry, making it an invaluable resource for both patients and medical institutions.
2. Dental Clinic Management Support Business
This segment provides comprehensive support for dental clinic management. From assisting with clinic setup—such as property selection, interior and exterior design, and equipment procurement—to offering solutions for patient acquisition, we cover all aspects of clinic operations. Our group also offers unique services, including treatment guarantees and the production and sale of pharmaceutical products aimed at improving health from within. In addition, we have ventured into operating dental clinics and trading businesses in Thailand, marking the beginning of our international expansion, with a focus on Japan and Thailand.
3. Medical B2B Business
In this segment, we support dental manufacturers in marketing to dentists. Our web platform, Dentwave.com, serves as a hub where dentists can access the latest news and information from dental supply manufacturers. Prior to COVID-19, we hosted in-person dental conventions that attracted over 1,000 visitors. Today, we continue to hold large-scale online conventions on Dentwave.com, achieving the same level of engagement as before the pandemic.
4. Cloud Integration Business
This segment focuses on leveraging IT to advance dental care. A Vision Co., Ltd., which became a consolidated subsidiary (second-tier subsidiary) in the fiscal year ending May 2024, specializes in developing, installing, and maintaining POS systems for the retail, manufacturing, and healthcare industries in Thailand. Their goal is to drive IT adoption in dental clinics and contribute to building a robust dental care platform in Thailand.
5. Preventive Health Platform Business
Launched in 2024, this segment is an initiative aimed at expanding access to advanced services that support the early detection of diseases and empowering individuals to take proactive steps in managing their health. Our subsidiary, MiRTeL Co., Ltd., plays a central role by providing cutting-edge laboratory testing services designed to identify potential health risks at an early stage. We aim to redefine the role of dental clinics, transforming them from facilities focused solely on cavity treatment into hubs of comprehensive oral care that contribute to disease prevention, and aspire to extend healthy life expectancy and bring more smiles to people's lives.
